Melissia Meeks

Melissia Meeks has extensive experience in proposal management and development. Melissia currently holds the position of Director of Proposal Operations at J&J Worldwide Services since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Proposals at SAIC from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they managed a group of proposal development staff, provided guidance on proposal development, and implemented initiatives to improve proposal evaluation scores. From 2012 to 2021, Melissia served as the Director of Proposals at AECOM, where they oversaw the proposal process, supervised the Proposal Center team, and contributed to the company's strategic business development objectives. Before that, they worked as a Proposal Manager at Camber Corporation from 2008 to 2012, where they managed proposal planning and preparation for various sales opportunities. Melissia began their career as a Proposal Specialist at Jacobs Technology from 2005 to 2008, where they assisted in the preparation of sales response documents and provided proofreading and editing support.

Melissia Meeks obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1994 and 1997.
