Ed Sautro has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Ed started their career as an Executive Chef at Jaspers American Eatery in 1997, where they worked until 2000. Ed then moved on to be an Executive Chef at Sheraton Capital Center Hotel from 2000 to 2005. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Sales Manager at Fresh Point Produce. From 2006 to 2011, Ed served as a Business Development Manager at T Furr & Associates, where they were responsible for US Food Service Raleigh Division. Ed then joined Kraft Heinz Company as a Territory Business Manager from 2011 to 2015, managing the business from Virginia to South Carolina. Currently, Ed is working at J&J Snack Foods Corp. Ed started as a Regional Sales Manager from 2015 to 2019 and is currently serving as the Southeast School Food Service Sales Manager.
Ed Sautro attended Sullivan County Community from 1981 to 1983, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Hotel Tech.
