Tyler Koger has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Tyler has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their position as an Operations Intern at DairiConcepts in 2003. From there, they went on to work as an R&D Intern at Dairy Farmers of America in 2003. In 2004, they joined Kraft Foods Group as a Quality Intern before transitioning to Reckitt Benckiser as a Quality/Lab employee in 2006.
Tyler returned to Kraft Foods Group in 2006 and took on multiple roles, including Quality Supervisor, 3rd Shift Site Supervisor, SAP Implementation - Quality Lead, Compliance Manager, and Associate Quality Manager. In 2015, Tyler joined J&J Snack Foods Corp as a Quality Manager. Tyler then advanced to the role of Plant Manager in February 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations - Strategy and Growth, which they started in December 2021.
