Tyler Koger

Tyler Koger has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Tyler has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their position as an Operations Intern at DairiConcepts in 2003. From there, they went on to work as an R&D Intern at Dairy Farmers of America in 2003. In 2004, they joined Kraft Foods Group as a Quality Intern before transitioning to Reckitt Benckiser as a Quality/Lab employee in 2006.

Tyler returned to Kraft Foods Group in 2006 and took on multiple roles, including Quality Supervisor, 3rd Shift Site Supervisor, SAP Implementation - Quality Lead, Compliance Manager, and Associate Quality Manager. Tyler continued their career growth at Kraft Foods Group and became the Director of Plant Operations (Multi-site) in February 2021.

In 2015, Tyler joined J&J Snack Foods Corp as a Quality Manager. Tyler then advanced to the role of Plant Manager in February 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations - Strategy and Growth, which they started in December 2021.

Throughout their career, Tyler has demonstrated their expertise in operations, strategy, growth, plant management, quality control, and compliance.

Tyler Koger has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they earned from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Plant Management from Missouri State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Tyler Koger also holds various certifications including FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance, SQF Certified - Edition 7.2 from SAI Global, and FSMS Auditor/Lead Auditor - ISO 22000:2005 & FSSC 22000:2010 from Kelmac Group. Tyler has also completed training in HACCP Development and Implementation from the International HACCP Alliance.
