Marcelo Zegarra Marmanillo is an experienced project manager with over two decades at Grupo JJC, where functions have included managing significant projects such as the Tailing Disposal System and Tailing Impoundment Dam Construction for Minera Anglo American Quellaveco, as well as infrastructure projects for the Ministry of Transportation and Communications in Peru. Marcelo has also worked with HOCHTIEF as a project director for a thermal power plant in Chile. Academic qualifications include two Master of Business Administration degrees focused on infrastructure and concessions, along with diplomas in contractual administration and project management from reputable institutions such as CENTRUM PUCP and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, alongside a degree in engineering from Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco.
