Bill Burbank

Bill Burbank has over 20 years of experience in IT leadership positions. Bill most recently served as the Director of IT at J. Jill, where they were part of a dynamic IT leadership team. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of IT, Technology Operations at Cole Haan, where they directed all global DTC and corporate IT operations. Before joining Cole Haan, Bill held various IT management roles at Irving Oil, including Corporate Director of Information Technology and Senior Manager of IT Value and Corporate Center. Bill also gained experience at SwiftRadius as an Adjunct IT Consultant and at Radiant Systems-NCR Corporation as a Senior Manager of Field Service. Overall, Bill is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse range of experience in managing IT operations, infrastructure, and security.

Bill Burbank received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in 1996. In 2012, they completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of New Brunswick. Currently, Bill is pursuing a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University, set to be completed between 2023 and 2025. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2019. Bill also holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in the same year.
