Stephen G. Nigolian has a diverse work experience in various roles related to compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and HR technology. Their most recent position was at J. Jill, where they served as the Head of Total Rewards & HRIS. Prior to that, they worked at Signant Health as the Vice President, Performance, HR Technology & Global Rewards. Stephen also held roles at Purdue Pharma L.P., GE Capital, Aon, and BNY Mellon, where they specialized in compensation, benefits, and client services in corporate and consumer banking.

Stephen G. Nigolian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Economics, from Ithaca College. Stephen G. also completed the Executive Leadership Development program at the Yale School of Management. In addition, they obtained a certification in "No Code Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; Building and Developing Data Science Solutions" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
