Kim Brumber

Kim Brumber is an experienced executive and management consultant with over twenty years of expertise in executive coaching, team building, organizational leadership, and driving transformation. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Management Consultant at Conava Consulting since November 2021, Kim focuses on areas such as board governance training and change management. Additionally, as a Nonprofit Consultant at JK Executive Strategies since March 2023, Kim emphasizes the importance of effective board governance for nonprofit success. Previous roles include President & CEO at East House and Volunteers of America Upstate New York, as well as extensive experience leading NeighborWorks Community Partners, where significant growth and community development initiatives were achieved. Kim holds an Executive Education degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Psychology and Business from St. John Fisher University.
