Lauren Dunkle Dlugosh

Lauren Dunkle Dlugosh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren started their career in 2014 at the American Cancer Society, where they held positions such as Coordinator, Division Event Support, Senior Event Coordinator, and eventually became the Interim Director of Development. In 2016, they joined the University of Rochester Medical Center as Associate Director and remained in that role until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Lauren worked at Higher Talent Executive Search, first as an Executive Search Consultant and later as an Executive Search Director. Currently, they are employed at JK Executive Strategies, LLC, where they hold the position of Recruiting Manager and recently became the Director of Recruiting. Lauren's expertise lies in executive search, recruiting, event coordination, and development.

Lauren Dunkle Dlugosh attended Frontier High School and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Medaille University.
