Amal Varma

Amal Varma has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Amal started their career at Wockhardt Ltd. as a Deputy General Manager HR Corporate, supporting HR and IR functions in manufacturing and sales offices. Amal then moved on to Larsen & Toubro Technology Services, where they served as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for global leadership hiring and development. Amal also held the position of Head HR - Boilers at Larsen & Toubro Limited's joint partnership company, L&T MHI.
