Dr Sudhansu Pathak

Dr Sudhansu Pathak has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and management. Dr Sudhansu currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., which they started in 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR and OD at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. Dr Sudhansu'srole involved establishing HR systems and processes, as well as identifying and addressing organizational development needs.

Before joining JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., Dr Sudhansu Pathak worked as a Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management from 2018 to 2019. During their time there, they were responsible for teaching and research in the areas of general and strategic management, and also served as the Area Chairperson for General & Strategic Management.

Dr. Sudhansu Pathak earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Behavioral Competencies & Performance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their M Tech in Human Resource Development & Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1993 to 1995. Dr Sudhansu also holds an M Sc in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they studied from 1990 to 1992.
