Flavio P.

Flavio P. has a substantial work experience in the hospitality industry. Flavio started their career in 2012 as a Managing Partner at GAUCHO and then moved on to become a General Manager at ZUMA Restaurants in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a General Manager at Hakkasan Group before joining Gordon Ramsay Restaurants as the Director of Restaurants in 2018. Flavio then served as an Operations Manager at Addmind Hospitality from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of International Operations Director at JKS Restaurants starting from December 2023.

Flavio P. obtained a diploma in Hospitality Management from Southgate College in 2007. Flavio then pursued a degree in International Hospitality Management from London Metropolitan University between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, Flavio completed Level 2 of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
