Holly Letch possesses extensive experience in sustainability and education within the food sector. Currently serving as Head of Sustainability at JKS Restaurants since April 2022, Holly previously held the position of Sustainability Manager. Prior roles include Front of House at LYLE'S and Food and Farming Facilitator at WE ARE GROW, where Holly educated secondary school children on food production and nutrition. Additionally, Holly completed a Food Growing Trainee program at Growing Communities, focusing on organic crop cultivation. Holly’s early career included an internship in sustainability at Landsec, analyzing greening strategies for urban properties. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainable Urbanism from UCL, a Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture from RHS, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of Edinburgh, along with a Level 2 Award in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
