Luke Farrell

Luke trained at Spanish-Italian restaurant group Salt Yard before taking off to develop his skills in the kitchens of South East Asia. He now splits his time between Thailand and London, constantly furthering his knowledge of South East Asian food cultures and his drive to preserve their translation. Luke opened his first concepts with us – Plaza Khao Gaeng, Arcade’s flagship Thai restaurant, and Bebek! Bebek!, an Indonesian street food stand in the food hall of Arcade – in April 2022. His second Thai restaurant, Speedboat Bar, opened in September of 2022.
