Manish Vatyatill is an experienced restaurant manager with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at JKS Restaurants since December 2021, Manish has previously held the same role at Mint Leaf London from January 2018 to November 2021, overseeing a contemporary Indian restaurant that accommodated over 150 guests and generating annual food and beverage sales exceeding £2 million.
