Tracie Heidt is a seasoned program manager at JLA Public Involvement, where expertise in planning and implementing engagement campaigns is utilized for construction, transportation, land use, and environmental projects. Tracie excels in developing clear communication materials and facilitating stakeholder interactions. Prior experience includes serving as a city councilor for the City of Canby, Oregon, managing a $38 million annual budget, and conducting outreach initiatives. Additional roles encompass volunteer coordination, educational positions, and leadership in community organizations, underscoring a commitment to public service and community engagement. Tracie holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Portland State University.
