Tonya Stanley

Tonya Stanley has over 15 years of work experience in recruiting and management roles. Tonya is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at JLE Industries. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Solar Transport and as a Recruiting & Health Benefits Manager at Hampton Jitney, Inc. Tonya also held the position of Director of Recruiting at TOTAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES INC. and served as the Recruitment Manager at both West Group Logistics, LLC and Heavy Load Transfer, LLC. Tonya has extensive experience in the transportation industry, with previous roles including Recruiting Director at Tortorigi Transport and Recruiting & Advertising Manager at Oakley Groves Inc. and Oakley Transport Inc. Tonya's first managerial role was as the General Manager at Indie Blue Studios.

Tonya Stanley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photographic Design from Eastern Michigan University, which they obtained sometime before 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Midwest Photographic and studied photography, earning a degree in Photographic Design. Tonya later attended Washtenaw Community College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Graphics Technology with a focus on Business Administration and Management, although the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown. In September 2016, Tonya obtained a certification in the US Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Safety Compliance Course from the Transportation Safety Institute.
