Michael Sheggeby

Michael Sheggeby is an experienced professional in facility and operations management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Technician at JLG Architects since July 2024, Michael previously held the position of Director of Operations at Oak View Group, where oversight included the Blue Arena's operations and maintenance. Prior experience includes directing sports facilities at Rochester Community and Technical College, managing event operations, budgeting, and improvement planning for the Rochester Regional Sports Center. Additional roles include operations management at the University of Notre Dame and consulting for arena design at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Michael's early career features positions focusing on arena management and operations, as well as leadership roles in various community centers. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts, specializing in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and recently completed studies at Hennepin Technical College.
