Barb Engel

Barb Engel has extensive experience in retail and operations management, with a career spanning over four decades. Starting in the Retail Management Training Program at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1970 to 1979, Barb worked at Retail Planning Associates/The Doody Company and RPA as a Merchandise Planner and Program Manager from 1979 to 1989. Subsequently, Barb served as a Program Manager at Factors/Effective Retail Environments from 1990 to 2000. From November 2000 to August 2011, Barb held the position of Director of Operations at Integrate, Inc., and has been the Director of Operations at Big Red Rooster since September 2011. Barb Engel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University between 1970 and 1974.
