Ben Wrigley

Ben Wrigley serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA Capital Markets & Valuations at JLL since March 2018, overseeing a team of 10 recruiters responsible for attracting diverse talent across various business lines in the EMEA region. With previous roles at JLL, including EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on France and the UK, and PAN EMEA Talent Acquisition Consultant, Ben has honed expertise in strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, and recruitment process development. Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Square One provided foundational knowledge in IT and ERP recruitment. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Vatel Switzerland and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva.
