Bhavita Bhatia

Bhavita Bhatia is an experienced Learning and Development professional, currently serving as the APAC Learning & Development Lead at JLL, working with Google since January 2024. Previously, Bhavita held the role of Assistant Vice President for Learning and Development at SMC India from December 2019 to July 2023, overseeing a training team of over 25 employees. With a strong background in L&D, Bhavita has also worked as Senior Manager at Comprehensive Support Services and Skill Wizards, contributing to the development of standard operating procedures and training initiatives across various sectors. Other notable positions include Senior Manager at Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., Assistant Manager Training at Compass Group, and Trainer at The Oberoi Group. Bhavita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BSc in Hotel & Hospitality Management from IHM Gwalior.
