Carter Houchins

Carter Houchins is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development, management, and corporate services. Since July 2010, Carter has served as Senior Vice President at Lincoln Harris, leading the Corporate Services line of business in a regional full-service real estate firm. Prior to this, Carter was the President of The Houchins Group, Inc. from August 2002 to July 2010, where responsibilities included firm strategy and client execution in real estate development. Earlier in the career, Carter held a role as Senior Vice President at Bank of America from February 1997 to August 2002, overseeing various office, residential, and retail projects, including Hearst Tower in Charlotte, NC. Carter's career began at CSX Realty as Regional Director from 1988 to 1997, managing surplus properties in Maryland. Carter holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
