Christine Baer is currently the Director of Legal Operations at JLL and serves as a Board Trustee for The CILEX Foundation. Selected for the inaugural 2024 O List, they have made notable contributions to the legal profession. Previously, Christine worked as a paralegal and office manager, and held temporary roles at the University of Cambridge and in medical transcription. They also founded The Baer Essentials from 2012 to 2016 and have provided freelance speaking and mentorship services since 2023.
