Jennifer Busalacchi

Jennifer Busalacchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal operations and process optimization. Currently serving as Senior Director of Legal Operations at JLL since December 2018, Jennifer focuses on analyzing operations workflow and enhancing processes. Previously, at Petco, Jennifer held the role of Manager in Legal Operations and Ethics & Compliance, where efforts were directed at identifying gaps and driving improvements in various areas, including immigration and real estate. Jennifer's foundational experience includes positions at Zodiac Pool Systems, LG Electronics, and Wireless Facilities Inc, where a strong commitment to operational efficiency and legal support was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Communications Studies and Political Science, as well as a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of San Diego.
