Kristy Lucksinger

Kristy Lucksinger is a seasoned professional in global benefits management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Global Benefits at JLL since April 2022, Lucksinger previously held the position of Vice President of Global Benefits at CBRE and Senior Director of Global Benefits at Comcast NBCUniversal, where significant achievements included overseeing benefits for a rapidly expanding workforce and transitioning benefit plans to captive financing, resulting in substantial cost savings. Lucksinger's earlier roles at Carlson, Graco, Lawson Software, and others involved implementing cost-reducing strategies and ensuring legal compliance across various benefit programs. Lucksinger holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
