Erin Burns, SPHR has over 18 years of progressive human resources experience starting in May 2003 as a Human Resource Manager at Grand View Lodge. From April 2009 to March 2021, Erin worked at DECO, Inc with roles ranging from Human Resource Manager to Director of Human Resources and Facility Security Officer. Erin most recently joined Makwa Global, LLC in March 2021 as the Vice President of Human Resources.
