Kristy McCrady

Kristy McCrady currently serves as Vice President of Global Marketing Operations at JLL since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kristy held the position of Senior Director of Marketing Operations at JLL Technologies from January 2022 to May 2024, where notable achievements included building a high-performing team, managing the Marketing Technology stack, and optimizing marketing processes which led to significant revenue growth. Kristy previously worked at Deltek as Director of Marketing Operations, leading data strategy and MarTech automation, and at Infor in various leadership roles, focusing on global marketing operations, governance, and campaign management. Kristy's early career included roles at Epicor Software Corp and MeritCare Health System, contributing to business development and wellness initiatives, respectively. Kristy holds a BS in Community Health from Bemidji State University.
