Melaniee Smith

Melaniee Smith is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Triovest since November 2021, Melaniee also holds the position of President at NASCA since March 2021 and is an Emerging Leader Board Member at BOMA Edmonton. Previous roles include General Manager of Retail at Ivanhoé Cambridge and multiple positions at Oxford Properties Group, culminating in over eight years of progressive responsibilities in property management. Melaniee's educational background includes an Associate degree from the Real Estate Council of Alberta, alongside training from the Building Owners & Managers Institute of Canada and Grant MacEwan University.
