Rachel Laws

Rachel Laws is an accomplished leader in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent at JLL since February 2018, Rachel has held various key positions at the firm, including Global Head of Talent Management and Engagement, and Regional Head of Talent for Asia Pacific. Prior to JLL, Rachel worked at Coca-Cola Amatil as Head of Talent, Organisation Development and Capability, and at Leighton Contractors as Group Manager of Organisational Capability. Rachel's career also includes significant roles at Vodafone and a consultancy background in organizational development in the UK. Academically, Rachel holds an MSc in Organisation Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, a Diploma in Somatic Psychotherapy, and a BSc in Food Science & Nutrition from the University of Reading.
