Ulrike Klemm

Ulrike Klemm has significant experience in transaction management and account management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Geo Chair for Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan at JLL, Ulrike previously held the position of Head of Transaction Management in Hong Kong and served as Senior Director. Prior experience at CBRE includes roles such as Transaction Management Lead for Microsoft in the EMEA region and Director. Additionally, Ulrike worked as Regional Account Manager for Nokia Siemens Networks in EMEA and held the position of Account Manager at Knight Frank. Ulrike began their career with a student internship at Roedl & Partner.
