Karolina (Wozniak) Olamendi

Karolina (Wozniak) Olamendi has held a variety of roles in the human resources and business development fields. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at West Vrignia University. From 2008 to 2014, they held the roles of Human Resources Officer and HR Consultant at UNICEF. In 2014, they founded and became the Managing Partner of Target HR. That same year, they also became the Vice President of Business Development at JLM Strategic Talent Partners. Since 2015, they have served as the Program Director of Career Excellence Academy.

Karolina (Wozniak) Olamendi completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Science and Public Administration from Warsaw University of Technology in 2004. Karolina then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts with a field of study in women's studies from West Virginia University in 2005 and completed it in 2007. Karolina then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from West Virginia University which they completed in 2008.
