Lester Lim

Lester Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lester started their career as a Software Developer at Outcome Concept Systems in 2006 and then transitioned to the role of an Actuarial Assistant at Farmers Insurance in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Health and Welfare Associate at Towers Watson before joining The Navigators Group, Inc. as a Junior Actuary in 2009. Lester then moved to Allied World Reinsurance Company in 2012 as an Assistant Vice President. In 2015, Lester joined PwC as a Senior Associate and finally, they are currently working at JLT Specialty USA as a Vice President.

Lester Lim completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, where they specialized in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Lester attended the university from 1998 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Lester Lim obtained a certification in "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
