Chris Chittero

Chris Chittero serves as the Director of Organization Development at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a position held since June 2007, following roles as Manager of Organization Development and Senior Organizational Development Consultant. Additionally, Chris has been an active Board Member and President of the South Florida Organization Development Network since 2010, contributing to the professional development of the community. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent Management and Manager of Organizational Development at Spherion from 2000 to 2006. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1983 and 1988.
