Lauren Long

Lauren Long is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Talent Management at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. Since January 2022, Lauren has implemented a comprehensive people strategy aimed at business transformation and talent alignment. Prior roles include Director of Executive Recruitment & Development, where Lauren pioneered the first Executive Development function, and National Director of Organizational Development at Ascension, successfully managing a team within a large healthcare system. At Baptist Health Care, Lauren directed efforts to enhance leadership development practices, and during tenure at the University of Florida, Lauren led the establishment of the institution’s initial Talent Management program. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida.
