Mike Pritchard

Mike Pritchard is group vice president of Operations, Strategy, and Consulting for JM&A Group, a company committed to improving automotive dealers’ performance by offering Finance & Insurance products and services, dealership training, and consulting. JM&A Group is a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with $18 billion in revenue and more than 4,700 associates. Rooted in automotive and united in its strong culture and core values, JM Family is in the business of helping other businesses succeed.

In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the activities of JM&A Strategy, Fidelity Insurance Agency, and JM&A Consulting Solutions, in addition to retaining oversight of a number of business operating departments, including Claims and Customer Service, Business Technology, and Actuarial and Data Science.

Pritchard received both his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Florida.
