Ramakrishnan Bagavathi Subramanian

Ramakrishnan Bagavathi Subramanian serves as the Director of HR Shared Services at US Acute Care Solutions since September 2023, overseeing HR Shared Services and leveraging expertise in Workday and additional skills. Previously, Ramakrishnan operated as an Independent Consultant, focusing on strategies to enhance stakeholder experiences and optimize processes using ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle HCM among other tools. At Blue Shield of California, from August 2022 to September 2023, Ramakrishnan led a team of 30 in delivering HR services such as payroll and leave management while managing strategic planning and budget. Prior experience includes serving as HR Operations Leader at GE Digital, where Ramakrishnan set up HR operations and designed HR systems, and as HR Integration Lead at GE, developing strategies for HR integration during mergers and acquisitions across various regions. Ramakrishnan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from Banaras Hindu University.
