Steve Artusi

Stephen P. Artusi is svp and general counsel of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with $18 billion in revenue and more than 4,700 associates. Rooted in automotive and united in its strong culture and core values, JM Family is in the business of helping other businesses succeed.

In this role, he is responsible for all day-to-day legal matters across the company, heading all Legal departments.

After joining JM Family in 2005 as an associate counsel, he was promoted to various roles of increasing responsibility, including deputy general counsel for JM Family’s Treasury department, and vice president and general counsel of World Omni Financial Corp., a subsidiary of JM Family and a leading provider of financial services to automotive dealers, consumers, and lenders.
