Susan Cosmai

Susan Cosmai, MHRM, MLER, currently serves as Director of HR Shared Services at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., overseeing multiple HR-related initiatives since November 2019. Prior to this, Susan Cosmai held various leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand from 2004 to 2019, including Global Learning, Change, and Communications Leader for Service Now Implementation and Global Process Owner for the Flexible Professional Workforce program. Susan Cosmai's extensive experience also includes HR leadership positions across Latin America and a strong foundational role at Motorola as a Human Resources Generalist Intern. With advanced degrees from Rutgers University in Human Resources and Labor and Employment Relations, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, Susan Cosmai has cultivated a career focused on human resources strategy, workforce management, and organizational development.
