Ajay Manglunia

Mr. Ajay Manglunia is a veteran in the Fixed Income Space with over 3 decades of rich experience in Debt Capital Markets specialising in Structuring and Placement of Debt Instruments, Resource Mobilisation and Investment Banking.

From the start of his stint with JM Financial in the year 2019 as Managing Director & Head of Investment Grade Group, he has built the Investment Grade Group business from scratch with focus on raising debt capital vide public and private issuances for Banks, Large PSU’s & Corporate Clients, Investment advisory and active dealing in corporate bonds and Govt. securities market across the all class of investors segment including institutions such as banks, AMC, Insurance, FPI’s Family offices, corporate and individuals.

Under his leadership Investment Grade Group has grown leaps & bounds getting at enviable position in league tables and as a trusted player in the market. He has been instrumental in further strengthening of the robust distribution franchise, working on several landmark and innovative fund-raising transaction for issuers in India.

Ajay is a player of all weather and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Before joining JM Financial, he worked with Edelweiss Financial Services heading the Fixed Income Markets business which he has set up there from the scratch. Prior to that he has also worked with places like Aditya Birla Finance, Alpic Finance and Strategic Capital Corporation in the same line of business.
