Jordan Marshall

Jordan Marshall is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Go-To-Market Team. She has completed over 70 searches building out full marketing departments for high-growth startups.

Prior to JM Search, Jordan began her career at K1 Capital, an LA-based private equity firm, where she touched all departments and levels of search. After K1 Capital, she joined RevelOne, a boutique marketing recruiting firm, as employee number seven. She helped build the company to 30+ people and made key strategic placements for seed-rounded companies to large organizations.

Jordan graduated from University of Colorado. She is an avid traveler and is always on a plane. She’s been to 40+ countries, 6 continents, and has lived abroad multiple times with her last stint living and working throughout South America where she participated in a 4-month digital nomad program called Remote Year.
