Rebecca Miller

Rebecca Miller is a Partner at JM Search, where she partners closely with public, private, and private equity-backed organizations globally to recruit critical executive-level talent in the consumer goods, retail, and direct-to-consumer sectors. Based in Southern California, she expands the firm’s West Coast presence while growing the digitally-focused consumer brands sector.

Rebecca began her career at JM Search in the Technology Practice, where she specialized in C-suite and board searches with a focus on cybersecurity for the ever-growing digital consumer. Her experience is vital as cybersecurity and digital transformation continues to become part of the consumer and retail industries.

Prior to JM Search, she spent just under ten years running executive search engagements at McDermott + Bull. As Senior Managing Director, she was instrumental in the go-to-market strategy for the Executive Leader Practice. She led and executed various C-suite searches for Fortune 1,000 and private equity clients.

Rebecca earned her B.S. in International Politics from Suffolk University, Boston, MA. Rebecca and her husband Brian enjoy raising their daughter Kaiya and son Easton in beautiful Dana Point, California. Rebecca spends her free time sailing, scuba diving, adventure traveling, playing golf, and doing yoga.
