Renee Forcey

Renee has spent the past 11 years partnering with private equity investors and portfolio leaders in high-growth technology and tech-enabled services companies to attract and retain the most competitive executive talent in the market. Today, she focuses her efforts on building the most exciting EdTech leadership teams and growth companies in the United States.

Prior to joining JM Search, Renee was a Global Vice President and Principal with Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA – IBM) Responsible for Global RPO, clients included Microsoft, Corning, Amgen, Goodrich, Boeing, and more. Joining pre-IPO, Renee grew an international operations and delivery team, developing and executing best-in-class executive recruitment processes, strategies, and analytics that were adopted by the largest technology companies in the world. Going public in 2005, Kenexa was then purchased in 2012 by IBM for $1.3 Billion.
