William Farkouh

Will Farkouh is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He has three decades of professional experience, including over two decades in Human Resources within the healthcare technology and pharmaceutical industries. While a global HR business partner, Will specialized in executive recruitment, talent management, succession planning and leadership coaching. Will possesses a strong business acumen, prides himself as a “networking nerd” and has a passion for building relationships and developing a diverse talent base.

Prior to JM Search, Will spent the last two decades in various global HR roles at Merck, Pfizer, Wyeth and Siemens Medical Solutions, where he supported senior leaders within manufacturing, supply chain, software engineering and various enabling functions. Will started his HR career in search at Kenexa/IBM, where he specialized in both executive search and RPO engagements for customers such as Corning, Maytag, Pfizer, Xerox and various hospitals.

Will holds a MS degree in Human Resource Management and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Widener University. He is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He is a former board member of Philadelphia’s regional chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and volunteers as a career coach at the Veterans Multi-Service Center (VMC) in Philadelphia.
