Christopher Klaiber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and software development. Currently serving as Lead Business Analyst at The J.M. Smucker Co. since August 2015, Christopher has focused on IS Sales, Marketing, and Enterprise Analytics, alongside prior roles in IS Supply Chain and Revenue Growth Management as a Lead Developer. Prior to this, Christopher was an Implementation Manager at Inforce Technologies, LLC. where responsibilities included consulting and technical support for TMNA Services and Erie Insurance Group. Christopher's career also encompasses roles as an Application Developer at Farmers Insurance, a Web Developer, and Technical Writer in earlier positions. Christopher holds a BA in Corporate Communications from Elizabethtown College and has completed IT coursework at Cuyahoga Community College.
