Prior to this, James held various supervisory roles at Integer Holdings Corporation and Tesla, demonstrating a strong background in production management and quality engineering. With a career spanning over a decade, James has also worked in operational leadership and customer service roles, showcasing a diverse skill set in team coordination, training, and process improvement. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University at Buffalo.
