Katie Maloney

Katie Maloney currently serves as Lead Analyst at The J.M. Smucker Co. since August 2022. Previously, Katie spent nearly 14 years at Medtronic in various roles, including Principal IT Business Analyst and Senior Training Specialist, focusing on training, change management, and legal systems analysis. Earlier, Katie worked at Allina Hospitals & Clinics as a Training Associate coordinating training for an electronic medical record system and at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. as a Recruiter managing the hiring process. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a Spanish minor from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
