Lyman Anderson

Lyman Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Coordinator Operations Support at The J.M. Smucker Co. since May 2024, Lyman previously held various leadership roles at Target from September 2013 to May 2024, including Executive Team Lead Human Resources and Service and Engagement Team Lead, alongside an early position as Sales Floor Team Member. Lyman's experience also includes time as a Host at The Capital Grille from October 2017 to June 2019. Lyman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art - Printmaking from Memphis College of Art, earned between 2011 and 2015.
