Maria Staubitz has over 25 years of experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Employee and Labor Relations Manager for Operations at The J.M. Smucker Co. since February 2006. Previously, Maria held multiple roles at Rich Products Corporation, including Human Resources Business Partner for the Food Service Division and Human Resource Generalist at the Buffalo Plant. Maria began the career at The Travel Team, Inc. as a Program Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University at Buffalo, completed in 2001.
