Marisa Bash

Marisa Bash, CCEP-I, CCEP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Global Manager of Responsible Sourcing at The J.M. Smucker Company, where a Global Responsible Sourcing Program was established, including the design of a Code of Conduct and Human Rights training for employees and suppliers. Prior experience includes a role as Global Manager of Product Stewardship and Regulatory Compliance at Liquibox (DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems), where a global food safety and regulatory management program was implemented, alongside conducting life-cycle and environmental impact assessments. Additionally, Marisa held the position of Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategy, policy development, compliance, and day-to-day operations. Marisa holds a Law degree and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad de Lima.
