Nicole Massey

Nicole Massey (Puckhaber) is an accomplished marketing and innovation professional with extensive experience in the food and pet industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Innovation for Frozen Handhelds & Spreads at The J.M. Smucker Co. since August 2015, Nicole has held various leadership positions including Director of Food & Beverage Innovation and Director of Category and Business Development at Big Heart Pet Brands. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Big Heart Pet Brands as the Director of Pet Innovation after starting at Del Monte Foods, Inc. as a Brand Manager. Earlier career experience includes consulting at The Corporate Executive Board and being an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Nicole holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in Environmental Economics and Politics from Claremont McKenna College.
