Avis Dillard-Bullock

Avis Dillard-Bullock has a significant amount of work experience in program management and senior leadership roles. Avis began their career in 2002 as a Regional Manager/Senior Consultant at the USAF. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Supervisory Program Manager at the USAF. In 2009, Avis joined JMA Solutions as a Program Manager. Avis then progressed to become the VP of Program Services in 2010, and later the SVP of Program Services in 2014. Most recently, Avis held the role of COO and Sr VP Program Services at JMA Solutions starting in May 2018.

Avis Dillard-Bullock has a diverse education history. From 1990 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Later, in 2006, they obtained a Certificate in Essentials of Project Management from Villanova University. In 2007, Avis also acquired two certificates from Villanova University - one in Strategic Project Management and another in Mastering Project Management. Lastly, from 2010 to 2015, they attended Howard University School of Divinity, where they earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree.
